CANCELLATION POLICY
A valid card-on-file is required for all services. Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will also incur a 50% charge. Clients with repeated violations may lose booking privileges permanently. This policy supports schedule integrity, protects clinic operations, and respects the time reserved for your Crown Restoration care.
